POLISH VEGETABLES SP. Z O.O. has been operating as a sales office for Polish farmers from the central part of Poland since 2014. All farmers cooperating with us meet high standards for the production and storage of vegetables and apples. Some of the vegetables we export are grown on our own fields located near Sieradz. Since June 2024, we have been operating under the name POLISH VEGETABLES SP. Z O.O. (VAT No. PL5361979901). Previously, we operated as ETP Dystrybucja. We export to nearly all European countries, both within and outside the EU.

Thanks to cooperation with over 100 farms, we can regularly supply supermarkets, wholesalers, and the HORECA sector across many European countries with fresh vegetables and apples. 50% of our shipments are mix trucks (2–5 products per truck, 22–26 pallets).

For our business partners, we can offer deferred payment terms, provided that COFACE approves their financial condition. Upon request, we check pesticide levels in our export products. In this regard, we cooperate with GBA Polska.

Part of our shipments is loaded directly at the production sites and transported by our trucks straight to our clients. This approach helps us significantly reduce maintenance costs (electricity, materials) and avoids the risk of product damage due to unnecessary handling.

We only use our cold storage rooms when loading vegetables (especially cabbage, Chinese cabbage, and potatoes) produced by multiple farmers from the Sieradz region.

To reduce operating costs and offer more competitive pricing, since 2025 we have been using AI to improve operational efficiency. We use AI for:

• booking and comparing international transport routes

• tracking orders and analyzing customer cooperation history

• preparing price offers based on the availability and pricing of goods from our partner farms

• forecasting demand and prices, and identifying optimal export directions

• generating export documents based on received orders
